Browsing the menu is open and free. We do our best to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance or in the event of an outage.

You need an account to order online and collect points. It is free and personal: one account per person.

• The information you give must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done from your account.
• We may suspend an account used fraudulently or against these terms.

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time: at the counter. Any unused points are then lost.

• Orders placed on the site are collected at the shop counter. We do not deliver.
• Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm the order, loyalty discounts included.
• You pay at the counter when you collect your order.
• Our products are made in limited quantities each day. A sold-out product can no longer be ordered; if an item cannot be served after all, the team will offer an alternative or remove it from the order.
• You can cancel your order from its page until the team starts preparing it. After that, contact the shop directly.

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, which includes our fresh juices and preparations. You can, however, cancel an order under the conditions above.

Each product’s allergens are listed on its page. Everything is prepared in the same space, so traces of other allergens cannot be ruled out. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell the team before you order.

The programme is free and open to every account holder.

• You earn 1 point for every €1.00 spent, credited once the shop has processed your order.
• Your tier depends on your tier points, which only go up with your purchases. Spending points on a reward never lowers your tier.
• A tier you have reached is kept month by month. Each month, counted from the date you joined, you need to earn at least your tier’s threshold divided by 12. If you do not, you move down one tier and your tier points are brought back to the threshold of that tier. The month in which you reach a tier is not counted.
• If you buy nothing for 3 months, your points expire and your account loses its membership (your tier is reset).
• Points are personal, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and can only be used at Paradise Juice.
• Rewards are offered while the products are available.
• Points obtained through fraud or by mistake may be withdrawn.

We may change the programme (earn rate, tiers, rewards). Points already earned stay valid under the conditions above.

Product photos are for illustration; the exact recipe may vary with the season and supply. We cannot be held liable for the site being unavailable, nor for any damage caused by using the site against these terms.

The Paradise Juice name, logo, text, photos and layout of this site are protected. Reproducing them without our consent is prohibited.

How we use your data is set out in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, contact us first: at the counter - we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

We may change these terms; the version that applies is the one published on this page on the date of your order.
